Shipping & Order Processing
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed after business hours, over the weekend, or during holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Shipping Times
We work with trusted shipping carriers such as USPS to ensure your order arrives safely. Estimated delivery times typically range between 20 to 30 business days, depending on your location. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed during customs processing or national holidays. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time shipment updates.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You may initiate a return or exchange through our Returns Center. If the item is still in stock, you can choose between a replacement or store credit. Be sure to provide detailed information about the issue to help us process your request swiftly.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is declared lost or undeliverable by the shipping provider, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we can re-ship it, though a reshipping fee will apply.
Note: If the tracking information shows your order was "delivered" but you didn’t receive it, we are not responsible for the lost item. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you suspect theft, we advise reporting it to your local authorities and sharing the case number with us—we’ll do what we can to assist.
