Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Conditions for a Return

How to Return an Item
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions for completing your return.
Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Items That Arrive Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

Final Sale Items & Gift Cards
All clearance, discounted, and final sale items, as well as gift cards, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
If you need a different item or size, the fastest solution is to return the original item (once authorized) and place a new order for the preferred product.
EU Right to Cancel
If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Returned goods must be unused and in original condition, including all original tags and packaging. A receipt or purchase confirmation is also required.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to your account.
